The versatile RM ES-2200 line from Quiet Cool is perfect for flat roof and solid roof installation for whole house cooling where interior attic installation is limited or not available.  These amazingly quiet units exhaust directly out through the roof. No attic venting is required. The fan vent directly through the roof.

Like all of the Quiet Cool fans, the motor housing uses insulated, positive closing damper that prevent air loss when the fan is not operating.

The Quiet Cool roof mounted units are intended to go on flat or shallow pitched (2 in 12 pitch) roofs. They will not keep out rainwater on steep pitched roofs or vertical wall mountings. Grille & duct not included. Order the appropriate kit by reading the below ordering information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each QC-2200 RM ES roof mounted fan requires one ceiling box kit per fan for proper installation. There are two kits available.

"Ceiling Box & Damper Grille Kit #QC-60020" used for flat or slightly pitched roof with an attic crawl space or a drop ceiling.

"Grille & Damper Kit #QC-60014" used for flat or slightly pitched roofs with the ceiling mounted directly to joist.

Choose the proper kit under "accessories" when ordering.

These fans are low profile and sit approximately 11" from the roof to the top of the fan cover.
